WHERE IS TRIPLE BARREL MADE? 

Triple Barrel is designed, developed and produced in Los Angeles, CA.

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED? 

US orders are shipped for free through UPS, and international orders are shipped DDU (delivered duties unpaid) with DHL Express.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES, APO, OR FPO ADDRESSES? 

No, we can not ship these addresses.

WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

The confirmation email is sent out within a few minutes of placing an order. Please check your spam folder, too.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT BEING REFUSED? 

After the authorisation, a transaction can still fail. If the transaction fails, the funds may still be pending on your account, but it should drop within a few business days.

The reasons for such failure may simply be:
- the card limit has been reached
- the card information entered is wrong
- the card reached the maximum number of charges allowed in a period
- the billing address does not match with the cardholder details
- the card does not allow international transactions
- the card does not allow online transactions
- depending on the country in which you are located you might have to call your bank to authorize your credit card for online, cross-border or overseas transactions.

In other cases the reasons are less obvious and may relate to the ever increasing fraud prevention.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP? 

Orders typically take 2-3 business days to process and then take an additional 1-4 business days to be delivered by UPS and DHL.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

Customers will get an email with their order's tracking information once their order has been shipped. Tracking numbers may take a day to be activated by shipping service.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

Please contact our customer service team ASAP. We can not guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address in time, but we will do our best to get it fixed before the package leaves our facility.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? 

Domestic orders can be returned for free within 15 days of the order being received. International orders will incur a fee for processing. 

All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days of delivery. You can contact to initiate your return.

ARE THERE EXCHANGES?

Orders can be exchanged within 15 days of the order being placed. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order. You can contact Triple Barrel to initiate your return.

INTERNATIONAL / WHY AM I BEING CHARGED MORE MONEY TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that customers are responsible for paying their local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
